I had a lot of issues during my stay. The air conditioning in my room did not operate properly, causing discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, the breakfast experience was frustrating as the staff were unclear about the voucher policy, which left me feeling cheated. Overall, I encountered numerous inconveniences that made my visit less enjoyable than anticipated.

I had a great date night at the holiday inn hotel! The separate sitting area in our room was perfect for relaxing, and the nearby sushi restaurant was a fantastic find. It exceeded my expectations during my stay in kamloops.

I was blown away by the very nice view from my room! The burgers at the on-site restaurant were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Jack at the front counter was a gem-his humor and helpfulness.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Hotel And Suites-Kamloops By Ihg. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. I particularly enjoyed the free shuttle service to the airport.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which offered easy access to McArthur Island Park just over a kilometer away and plenty of dining options like Blue Fish Sushi just a few steps from the entrance, making my exploration of Kamloops so seamless and enjoyable.

Had a nice stay here! The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot weather, and I found the room super comfy with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was tasty too. Just wish the pool had been open for the kids. Would definitely come back!

Spacious King Room definitely impressed with its amenities. Location close to local dining spots made grabbing meals easy.

Bathroom situation was questionable—with a shallow tub that didn't seem to meet accessibility standards. Breakfast vouchers created confusion since they didn't cover the full meal cost, leading to an unexpected bill. The pool was out of commission for renovations, limiting options for family activities, though this was communicated in advance.

The comfort of the room with spacious seating areas and a powerful shower made for a pleasant stay. Breakfast options featured refreshing Sicilian products, adding a unique touch to the dining experience. One downside was the pool temperature, which was too warm for comfort, and the hot tub was excessively hot, potentially due to the outside heat. Despite this, the hospitality I received from the staff was commendable, making the visit enjoyable overall.

We had a fantastic stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The view was incredible, and the beds were super comfy—seriously the best pillows! Plus, the separate sitting area was a nice touch. Jack at the front desk was hilarious and so helpful during our stay. Definitely made our experience better!
